Outbound Email Encryption

Espion's email encryption feature, MX Lock™, is the only secure email solution in the market today that utilizes a web-based interface which does not require any software installation by the sender or recipient thereby working across all universally accepted operating systems and web browsers.
MX Lock was primarily designed to help organizations with meeting HIPAA, GLBA and SOX compliance requirements.
MX Lock allows users at your organization to email files securely with no file size limitations and also bypasses any email size limitations set by the recipient's mail server.
MX LOCK DATA FLOW ARCHITECTURE
All outbound emails (Plain Text SMTP Traffic) leaving your organization are intercepted by the Interceptor's MX Lock module. If an email matches HIPAA, GLBA and/or SOX compliance requirements, it is encrypted and stored on-disk. A secure link is then sent out to the recipient via email. Upon receiving this email, the recipient can click on the secure link and view the email (plus any attachments) over a secure, 1024-bit encrypted SSL tunnel in a safe web portal.
1024 BIT STRONG DUAL-KEY ENCRYPTION
MX Lock employs a proprietary dual-key locking system with 1024-bit encryption. Both keys are required to access an email. MX Lock™ is simply the strongest email encryption available.
In addition, our encryption feature is offered as a device license. In other words, there are no per-user or per-message fees involved with our system. These provide a terrific reduction to the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). MX Lock is available as a
