Here at Espion, we know how valuable your time is, and we know that more often than not, there is much more work that a network administrator needs to be doing, than there is enough manpower or time to do it. That is why we designed the Interceptor to be virtually "Hands Free" - to take some of the load off of the administrators.
Because our A.I. learning engine can be taught through the use of tools like IMAP, the training of the Interceptor is done automatically. Our clients love that they don't have to spend hours upon hours sifting through email to determine what is spam and whats not. Also, since the A.I. engine is so intelligent, you don't have to worry about having to search through thousands of emails to find the one that was over-blocked - our EPR engine does it for you.
Additional features like LDAP, Periodic Spam Reports, IMAP and an End User Portal simplify the process even more. In fact, most of our clients tell us that they spend only 10-15 minutes per week working with the Interceptor.
